Orders are confirmed only upon proof of payment, and reservations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable and cancellations are not accepted once payment is made, except in cases where the wrong or damaged item is sent. Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer, and Tuesday Thrift will not be held liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by courier services. Strictly no returns or exchanges are allowed unless the item is significantly different from its posted description, in which case claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt with proof.
